In our industry, most of our manufacturing as well as our customers are in emerging markets. So one of the large challenges that we have in our organization is how do we reach our IT users, and similarly, how do our salespeople reach their customers.
And so for us to build an enterprise platform, we had to move to the cloud first.
Aryaka as a fully managed service has given us the ability to focus our resources and our needs in other areas of IT. We’ve been able to “shrink the globe.” The advantage of that is there is not really a difference in terms of where they would see the speed whether if they had a local solution there. We’ve been able to do this without any disruption to the organization.
The best feedback we’ve gotten is from users who wake up the next day, don’t know anything has changed, and all of the sudden their things are significantly faster.
