5th Annual List Recognizes 395 Companies Out of More Than 3000 Submissions. High Employee Engagement and High Workplace Favorability Are Hallmarks for Aryaka This Year

SAN MATEO, Calif. – May 6, 2020 – Aryaka®, the Cloud-First WAN company delivering the #1 managed SD-WAN solution, today announced it has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2020. The list, which will be published in Inc. Magazine’s May/June 2020 issue, is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement and stellar benefits.

Of the US-based employees who completed this independent survey, Aryaka received a score of 92 out of 100.

Award Methodology
Inc. collected data from more than 3,000 submissions, and then singled out 395 finalists for this year’s list. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data. They then ranked all of the employers using a composite score of survey results. While this year’s data showed that 73.5 percent of surveyed employees were engaged by their work, 85 percent of Aryaka employees rated themselves as “highly engaged” and/or rated Aryaka as a “highly favorable” workplace.

According to Inc., the strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most human elements of work, and foster a culture where employees feel valued. 93 percent of Aryaka’s employees believe they are valued by the company and its leadership.

“These companies are leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity. It is a different playbook from a decade ago, when too many firms used the same template: free food, open work environments, and artifacts of ‘fun,’” said Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief at Inc. magazine.

Today’s announcement comes on the heels of additional recent award wins Aryaka has received.

In April, Aryaka was recognized as a ‘Customer’s Choice’ in the Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: WAN Edge Infrastructure (April 2020). Aryaka achieved an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5, and is the only vendor listed that offers a fully-managed SD-WAN service. Additionally, Aryaka was included in the Gartner Competitive Landscape: Managed SD-WAN Services* that profiled a handful of vendors out of the 100+ that Gartner identified.

In February, it was announced that Aryaka customer World Fuel Services had won the 2020 SD-WAN Implementation Award from INTERNET TELEPHONY for their successful SD-WAN deployment. Winners were selected by the INTERNET TELEPHONY editorial team based on the effectiveness and success of their SD-WAN implementations and were honored at this year’s SD-WAN Expo, which took place on February 13 at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

And in January, Aryaka announced its designation as “Great Place to Work-Certified™”. Using a rigorous, data-driven methodology, Great Place to Work validated Aryaka employee feedback and confirmed that 94 percent of its employees have a consistently positive experience at the company.
