Key driver for the expansion is new verticals and global partners for optimized connectivity
MILPITAS, Calif., Jan. 27, 2015 – Aryaka®, the leading ‘As-A-Service’ provider of WAN Optimization, Network, Application Delivery and Cloud Networks, today announced that it has expanded its global network with the addition of new Points of Presence (POPs) in Los Angeles, Miami and Dubai (UAE), making the world a level playing field. The investment in the new POPs was spurred by huge demand in businesses in these regions with a significant global presence requiring reliable connectivity and access to enterprise cloud services.
Aryaka has built a global private network comprised of POPs that are positioned close to end users all over the world. Each of these POPs is connected to others around the world using multiple links and providers to provide reliable, secure, enterprise-grade, full mesh connectivity. The POP locations are selected based on customer proximity, network and geographical diversity, and location of peering points to best deliver predictable and reliable application performance to more than 90% of business users worldwide.
As a part of its ongoing network expansion strategy and to accommodate the ever-increasing customer demand for its services in North America, Aryaka announced two more POPs in the region. The need for secure and global connectivity in South America remains as relevant as ever, and the Miami POP will further facilitate high-speed access to and from the area. The new POP in Dubai is an integral part of Aryaka’s strategic plan as it marks its entry in the Middle East market through our Fusion partner and further extends its footprint.
With the new POPs in place, Aryaka has further strengthened its ability to serve businesses anywhere in the world and give them access to private connectivity on-demand and at a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) than competing solutions like MPLS or IPLCs. Aryaka’s integrated WAN optimization and CDN solutions built for the enterprise offer a superior alternative to unreliable IP VPN connectivity, dedicated MPLS links, costly WAN optimization appliances and traditional CDN solutions.
“The ever-increasing demand for global collaboration, the adoption of cloud, and mobile access to applications within the enterprise is driving the need for advanced connectivity that is optimized, on-demand, simple and agile,” said Ajit Gupta, founder and CEO of Aryaka. “Aryaka’s cloud-based architecture delivers WAN Optimization and CDN services worldwide in the simplest way possible. The POPs in the Americas and Middle East will enhance our network optimization and accessibility capabilities in those regions and open up new markets for our customers.”
Aryaka has demonstrated its value by onboarding customers onto its network from the far corners of the world, significantly beating the industry average for customer satisfaction with a 95% retention rate. Today, Aryaka successfully delivers 3000 customer sites across 300 cities in 50 countries.
