Every year, CRN recognizes women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose expertise and vision are leaving a noticeable and commendable mark on the technology industry.

The CRN 2023 Women of the Channel honorees bring their creativity, strategic thinking and leadership to bear in a variety of roles and responsibilities, but all are turning their unique talents toward driving success for their partners and customers. With this recognition, CRN honors these women for their unwavering dedication and commitment to furthering channel excellence.

Heather Clemen, a channel sales leader with more than a decade of experience, is making her first appearance on the CRN Women of the Channel List. In 2022, she came to Aryaka as a Director of Channel Sales – Midwest. She is responsible for managing partnerships in the Midwest Region’s technology services community. Clemen focuses on progressing strategic high-fit partnerships while aligning with high-fit enterprise customers to support their technology goals. Clemen has advanced in the channel community, achieving success as a top performer by developing and championing partnerships and facilitating substantial client acquisitions.

Nicole Steele, a partner marketing professional with over 20 years of experience building strong partner relationships, is making her second appearance on the CRN Women of the Channel List. As Global Director of Channel Marketing and Enablement, Steele oversees designing, building and managing partner programs in collaboration with the Aryaka Channel Sales Team. Steele has extensive expertise in delivering programs that drive revenue for partners while allowing vendors to achieve performance goals, all while delivering an exceptional partner experience. Steele has been the guest speaker for various organizations to educate employees and their partners about the challenges for the underrepresented communities in technology.

Sarah Linford Cothran, a channel operations expert with over 20 years of experience, is making her first appearance on the CRN Women of the Channel List. As Global Director of Channel Programs & Operations at Aryaka, Cothran oversees the channel development team, channel programs, partner commissions, operations and support. Cothran has established solid relationships with hundreds of partners and colleagues by providing industry-leading support, building trust and delivering on vendor commitments.
