Aryaka, one of a gaggle of startups pursuing software-defined WAN (SD WAN) or “cloud WAN” services, announced Monday that it has closed $16 million in funding, bringing its total funding to $97 million.

Aryaka is looking like another long journey for Mr. Gupta. Aryaka investors this week put another $16 million into the company, taking total funding to about $75 million, and Mr. Gupta said it’s “a multibillion-dollar company in the making.”
