Aryaka: A Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for WAN Edge Infrastructure – Don’t Settle for Either/Or When You Can Have Both!
This week, Gartner released their first-ever Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: WAN Edge Infrastructure report (April 2020), and Aryaka is proud to have been recognized as one of the five Customers’ Choice vendors. We were also recognized as a Visionary in the December 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for WAN Edge Infrastructure.
To clarify things a bit, Gartner Peer Insights consist of validated customer reviews, and the firm currently tracks over 340 distinct markets. A company that submits a minimum of ten reviews is included in the Voice of the Customer document. Then, a subset of the included vendors, based on market-specific eligibility, may be recognized as a Customers’ Choice. For 2020, a vendor needed to have 50 or more eligible reviews and an average of 4.6 or above out of 5. Other vendors in the WAN Edge market with less coverage or lower ratings are also listed in the matrix. We believe that Aryaka’s strong showing is testament to the strength of our managed offering and our customers’ joint success, even more critical in light of recent events.
In tabular form, the vendors are listed below, along with their Magic Quadrant presence if applicable. Recently, in March 2020, Gartner also published ‘Competitive Landscape: Managed SD-WAN Services,’ profiling a subset of managed service vendors. Aryaka is the only vendor to also appear in this document in addition to the Magic Quadrant and Voice of the Customer reports.
We think a number of MSPs do offer managed SD-WAN and are good at what they do. And, a number of vendors develop SD-WAN technology, and are good at what they do, but must fulfill either through a service provider or sell directly to enterprise IT as part of a DIY model. Aryaka is the only company to cross over both domains, lending validity to our statement ‘Why settle for either/or when you can have both?”

What Aryaka WAN Customers Are Saying About Their
Work-From-Home Initiatives
“I would like to mention to you and everyone [at Aryaka] that the best decision we could have made as a customer was the implementation of Aryaka. The impact it has made to quickly move from an on-site office environment to a near 100% virtual/remote office scenario has been, in my opinion, the difference in success vs. failure. Keep up the great work and I hope everyone remains safe throughout this new reality.”
Mark Baker, CTO, Pilot Freight Services
“…A quick note regarding Coronavirus to let you know we’re in great shape thanks to the foundations we’ve laid down on both the core network and WAN with Aryaka. We’ve got multiple options to enable staff to work from home and use best of breed cloud services. It’s also great to have a lot of visibility across the network and headroom to scale as needed.”
