Aryaka Presented at Networking Field Day 30

Ever wondered after doing something for the first time, why you waited so long to do it?

I guess we all know that feeling. And so, it goes for us at Aryaka after presenting at Networking Field Day #30.

In fairness, the usual suspects that show up there are technology vendors. The big ones that book the Tech Field Team to do specials from their annual big customer shows. And the smaller ones, that have a different take on technology and present their product or solution.

Now, Aryaka is a technology and a product company, but we don’t sell enterprises just our products. We are also a managed service provider, but not like the ones you think of right now. Really, we are anything like Big Telco that uses the products from the big technology vendors. We also have a global backbone, two actually – a layer 2 and layer 3 core network – that can replace an enterprises MPLS-based or public Internet-based WAN. But we are also unlike a Telco Carrier or ISP. (One of our customers described us as “Excellent provider, lightyears away from traditional Telco carrier support and execution.” The full review is here).

We are and do all three things.

The Networking Field Day team summed it up quite well in their post event article. Click on the link to read the full article Aryaka – an-all-in one solution for Networking and Security.

So, maybe it isn’t that surprising that we waited to sponsor a Tech Field Day. But since many analysts and enterprises associate us with SD-WAN and SASE, and compare us to just technology vendors, while we do so much more, we felt it’s time to tell our story and let the Field Day delegates ask and probe – and understand what we do and how we do it. So, I went to work and talked to our Product Management and Engineering team that it’s time to do just that.

Fast, Cheap, or Good – Pick Two

You know how Product Managers tell you can have a product “fast, cheap, or good – pick two”. With many other providers it’s the same when enterprises want operational simplicity, unified security enforcement and business continuity and IT resilience. Pick two. Of course, reliable network and great application performance should be part of the mix, too. We offer that. It’s another thing where we defy conventional wisdom.

Once in a Lifetime

As I said at the beginning, we asked ourselves why we waited that long to present at a Tech Field Day.

After watching the presentations, you may ask yourself (a line you may recognize from a great song by the Talking Heads – Once in a Lifetime. There may be a hint here) why you waited so long to talk to us.

Why wait any longer?
