Aryaka Named a Fortune Great Place to Work for the Second Consecutive Year

We’re excited to share that for the second consecutive year, Aryaka has been designated a Great Place to Work-Certified company by Fortune.

Great Place to Work (GPTW) compiles and validates employee feedback across key categories that contribute to workplace culture including credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.  Using their data-driven methodology, GPTW then uses that feedback to certify companies in recognition of their workplace culture.

We are especially proud of this year’s recognition because of the increase in workplace satisfaction reported by Aryaka employees across the board. Aryaka scored 90%+ across all categories, making major improvements from last year, including 98% of employees reporting having a consistently positive experience as compared to 94% of surveyed employees in 2020. Additionally, Aryaka increased from 91% to 94% in the Credibility category; from 87% to 93% in the Respect category; from 91% to 93% in the Fairness category; from 91% to 93% in the Pride category and a short bump from 93% to 94% in the Camaraderie category.
